Hello everyone! So here is a little ootd photo and since it's Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada, I thought I'd add a quick list of things I'm thankful for.

  • I have a family, I have friends. People who take care of me and people to take care of.
  • I get to go to school, and for something that I really love.
  • I have a house and food to eat and a comfortable life.
  • I get to make stuff. I'm able to make stuff.
  • I'm in good health and so are the people I care about.
  • I've had the opportunity to grow up in two different countries and learn a whole lot in the process.
  • I'm given opportunities to grow all the time.
  • I receive opportunities to create more opportunities.
  • I am in a position to help other people.
  • Life always finds a way to remind me of things I forget to be thankful for.
  • I have love around me all the time.
  • I'm still alive. Still living.

    What are you thankful for?

    Happy Thanksgiving,
    Patty

Hello, everyone! It is now officially October and tbh I feel like 2015 started last month. But anyway. Here's some  stuff I really liked from September.

Hello, everyone! So just a quick little update. School is back in full swing which means I already have a gajillion projects to work on for my classes, so posts for the next while will be less frequent ('cause I've been frequently and consistently posting, right? HA) and much shorter than the ones from the summer.

Anyway. When I'm working on new projects, I tend to look for new music to keep me from getting bored or distracted (I know this doesn't really make sense but that's how I work). It's also a new season so I need new music to  fit the weather/mood better. Here are two albums that I started listening to this weekend, and happened to really like. Yay to new music!

    V, Saints of Valory

    The Definition, Jon Bellion

I also just want to quickly congratulate the Student Experience Committee at school for a successful first (annual?) Designapalooza last Friday! It was great fun and you guys succeeded in getting us to talk to people in other programs. Good job.

Hello, everyone! It's been a while since I've updated this blog, but I am back. If you've been keeping up with me on Instagram you may have seen some of my posts from my recent trip to Victoria on Vancouver Island.
